Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days.

Local Delivery
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY: We offer free local delivery within Chatham, Ontario.

Delivery Schedule: Depending on the volume of orders and when they are placed, processed and ready to deliver, but local deliveries are made on Saturdays, but we may deliver during the week from time to time.

Shipping Within Canada

Shipping Carriers: We use the most efficient carrier based on the customer's location. Our primary carriers include Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.

Flat Fee Shipping: We offer a flat fee of $12 for all orders within Canada.

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within Canada.

Delivery Time:

Within Ontario: 2-3 business days (depending on location)

Other provinces: 5-7 business days

International Shipping

Currently, we only sell and ship within Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and the shipping label is printed, we will provide tracking information. Customers will be updated when their order is shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

If any shipping restrictions or special considerations arise, we will contact the customer to work out a suitable solution.

Handling & Packaging

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by using eco-friendly packaging whenever possible. This may result in unique or oddly shaped boxes from time to time, but rest assured, we take proper care to do our best to make sure that your product arrives in perfect condition.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@charismacoffee.ca. We will work with you to arrange a satisfactory solution.
