Due to the perishable nature of our roasted coffee and our commitment to freshness, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any coffee purchases. However, if we made an error or you have any concerns, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
