As a proudly Canadian company, our mission is to bring the finest coffee experience to homes across the country, offering top-quality beans with a personal touch.

Our Story

The seeds of Charisma Coffee were planted in the summer of 2019, during a vacation where our founders, Dale and Kelly, began brainstorming ways to become their own bosses. Both were working full-time jobs that didn’t fuel their passions, and it was the first time they seriously considered taking a leap into entrepreneurship. While the idea of a coffee company didn’t immediately come to mind, the dream of starting something they both loved began to take shape.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, it gave them the time and space to explore different business ideas, but nothing truly stood out. The lightbulb moment came in 2023: coffee! Not only was it something they both felt passionate about, but they realized it was the perfect answer to their entrepreneurial dreams. Fueled by a deep desire to create something special, Dale and Kelly dove headfirst into researching the world of coffee, sampling beans, and formulating their unique roasts.

With countless hours of research and taste testing, they were ready to bring their dream to life. On May 4th, 2024 (Star Wars Day for those in the know), Charisma Coffee officially launched, bringing exceptional, freshly roasted coffee to Canadian coffee lovers, crafting a brand that celebrates moments, flavour, and community.
