At Charisma Coffee, we’re extremely proud of the beans we source, roast, and share with you. Our coffee is ethically sourced from trusted farms and co-ops around the world and imported directly into Canada. We believe that great coffee starts with transparency, fairness, and intention—so every bean has a story, and every cup reflects our care.

Our specialty, small-batch blends are roasted at higher elevation using innovative infrared roasting technology. This gentle, precise method draws out the best flavour profiles while reducing bitterness and waste. It’s how we make sure every batch is bold, balanced, and bursting with Charisma.

Once roasted, each batch is lovingly packaged in Chatham, Ontario, where we handle every bag with intention and care. Whether you’re sipping solo or sharing with others, we’re so glad our coffee gets to be part of your day.

Roasting our beans at 3800 feet above sea level in the cool, thin mountain air of Calgary results in a quicker, cleaner roast. This high-elevation roasting process brings out bold yet smooth flavors with unparalleled clarity.

Infrared Roasting Technology

Only 2% of the world’s coffee beans are roasted using this innovative method. Infrared roasting enhances the natural flavors of the beans, delivering consistent quality and exceptional taste in every batch.
